Product Description
The bypass RSV incorporates a small integral bypass valve that allows the operator to equalise pressure across the main valve before opening, dramatically reducing operating torque. Essential for large diameter gate valves installed in high-pressure systems where differential pressure across the closed valve could otherwise require excessive operating force or risk wedge damage on opening.
